Yesterday afternoon, the Bellevue, Washington police department tweeted a photo of a missing dog that has been climbing in retweets.

In their description, they mentioned that the dog was "wearing a sweater and blue pants" and included a captivating photo.

The Bellevue PD added an update five hours later to say that the dog was safely at Kings County Animal Services, where it would be held for the owner or available for adoption.

People on Twitter have taken a liking to the dog and they have a lot of questions. Why is it wearing a sweater and blue pants? Why is it very angry?
