Soon, you won't only be Zooming from your home office or hastily tidied bedroom — you'll also be able to do it from your Tesla.
This is according to Tesla CEO Elon Musk, who said on Twitter that video conferencing in Tesla cars is "definitely a future feature."
Tweet may have been deleted
This feature has recently been requested a lot from users. Given that Tesla Model 3 cars have a driver-facing camera and a massive display, it shouldn't be too hard to implement, either.
Interestingly, according to Electrek, this particular camera in Model 3 vehicles hasn't so far been used for anything.
Musk didn't share any details on when such a feature could launch or which videoconferencing software would be supported.

But, just like certain other Tesla features including watching YouTube or gaming, videoconferencing could only be available when the car is parked.
As for such a feature's usefulness, it doesn't sound essential, but like so many other Tesla features, it falls into the "nice to have" category.
